Low Carb / Keto Zesty Italian Dressing .

Here is a Keto friendly Italian dressing recipe that you can make in just minutes and avoid the soy oils and corn sweeteners that are in commercial dressings.

Low Carb / Keto Italian Dressing .


¾ -cup extra virgin olive oil.

4 -Tbsp. Red wine vinegar.

2- Tbsp. Lemon juice.

2- Cloves garlic minced.

3- Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley.

1- Tbsp. Minced fresh basil.

2- Tsp. Dried oregano.

½ -Tsp. Red pepper flake.

½ - Tsp. low carb sweetener, like Xylitol, Erythritol.

Salt and pepper to taste.


Combine all ingredients’ in a lidded jar, and shake vigorously .
