Low Carb / Keto Riced Cauliflower , 5, Net Carbs per Cut

This is a very simple recipe using the microwave to cook and help dry the cauliflower. The cauliflower can then be used as a stand alone dish or in combination with another in or with another dish .
Low – Carb Riced Cauliflower.
1- Head Cauliflower.
Salt and or pepper to taste.
Butter or Olive oil if using.
Parsley as a garnish.
Cut Cauliflower into florets, then using a box grater or food processor with a greater attachment, cut into rice sized pieces
Place riced cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl cover with lid or cling wrap and cook on high for five minutes
Remove from microwave, remove lid and fluff with a fork, and be careful not to be burned by the steam.
Place back into microwave and cook for an additional 3 minutes
Remove add a little salt and fluff again, till the taste suites you. Add butter or oil at this time if using.
