Smokey , spicy and full of flavor , these thighs will not disappoint . The smell of them roasting in the oven is incredible you will want to eat them as soon as they come out of the oven . But let them cool first ! Also this is finger food so have plenty of napkins on hand

Low Carb / Keto Paprika and Herb Rubbed Roasted Chicken Thighs .
Ingredients :
6- Chicken Thighs, bone in skin on .
For the Rub .
1 -Tablespoon Hungarian Paprika or Spanish if you don’t have Hungarian.
1- Tablespoon smoked Paprika .
¼ - Teaspoon cayenne pepper.
1- Tablespoon Herbs de Province.
1- Teaspoon garlic powder.
1- Tablespoon kosher salt .
1- Tablespoon black pepper.
Other:
Olive oil
Cooking spray
Lemon slices ( Optional )
Preparation :
In a mixing bowl combine all the rub ingredients and mix well.
Rub Chicken thighs with all over with olive oil .
The roll the thighs in the rub mix coating all sides
Place on a baking sheet and place in the fridge overnight up to 24 hours .
To Cook :
Remove Chicken from fridge , uncover and allow to come to room temp.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees .
Spray the top of the chicken with cooking spray coating evenly to prevent the herbs and paprika from burning.
Place a ¼ inch slice of lemon on top of each thigh . ( Optional ).
Place on the center rack of the oven and roast till internal temp reads 185 degrees about 45 minutes .
Let cool for five minutes before serving .
