I'm Back ! Back to teaching cooking classes that is . But this time its all about low carb!

On November the 2nd ,2019 , I will be teaching my first class on an Introduction to low carb and ketogenic cooking at 11 am at the stocked pot in Winston Salem . N.C. In the course I will prepare the following . Big Pot Blanching Vegetables, Green Beans, Asparagus, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Radish, Sauté Button Mushrooms ,Pan Roasted Cherry Tomatoes ,Riced Cauliflower , Pasteurized Eggs, Mayonnaise and Garlic Aioli ,Brined and Roasted Chicken Thighs , beverages will be available , NOT SWEET TEA THOUGH ! LOL! sparkling water and wine for those who want it .
