Grilled Hanger Steak 7 net Carbs as Pictured

. This is not so much a recipe as an instructional video on how to clean , prepare and grill a hanger steak. A Hanger or Butchers steak is becoming popular because it is as tender as filet mignon , but has a beefy taste like a ribeye . It cooks fast and makes for a nice dinner entrée. In this video I am cooking the hanger steak on a grill, but it works equally well being cooked in a pan . Enjoy !
