Avocado stuffed with Crab Meat , Tomato and Egg. 3 net Carbs
This is a nice alternative to a salad or eating just a plain avocado , easy to make and enjoyable to anyone who likes avocado and crab .

Avocado stuffed with crab meat , tomato and egg
Ingredients:
2 – Avocados halved and pitted
4 – Tablespoons crab meat
2 – Tablespoons minced red onion
1 – Lemon
12 – Cherry tomatoes halved
1 – Boiled egg diced
1 – Tablespoon mayonnaise
Sriracha hot chili sauce or other hot pepper sauce of your choice
1 – Tablespoon parsley minced or cilantro or both
Preparation:
Scoop out avocado flesh and dice , setting the hulls aside.
Add diced avocado to mixing bowl sprinkle with lemon juice and toss to coat .Then add the tomato, crabmeat , onion, parsley .mayonnaise , season with salt and pepper ,stir to combine .
Spoon mixture into empty hulls , top with diced egg and add a few drops of hot sauce and lemon wedges.
